CAS TRAINING

Science has proven children who are involved in structured fundamental movement and physical activity programmes are more likely to be higher achievers at school, more likely to play sport and have higher levels of confidence, well-being and good behaviour.

What is CAS Training?

CAS Training is a combination of Cardio, Agility and Speed which are just some of the components that are required to help contribute to the success of any athlete, whatever the level.

Our sessions cater for boys and girls aged from 9-15yrs. The reason the age range is so broad is because the sessions are capped and catered to the needs of the individual.

Cardio endurance, Agility, Balance, Awareness, Sharpness, Reactions & Power are just some of the topics that are covered in a term.

These components can be related to any sport and offer the opportunity to enhance YOUR performance in YOUR sport!

Session Dates 2022

These sessions are NEW and will commence from 23rd February 2022 at The Winston Churchill Sports Centre. Sessions run weekly all year round during term time only.

All Players Aged 9-15 Welcome

Every Wednesday, 5:30pm to 6pm

Block 1: 23rd Feb – 30th March (6 sessions)

Block 2: 20th Apr – 25th May (6 sessions)

Block 3: 8th June – 20th July (7 sessions)

 

We believe the syllabus we have created is fun, challenging and innovative to enhance the development and progression for each individual. Each session is capped to maximize learning opportunities and to strengthen the Player to Coach relationship.
